A man accused of sexually assaulting and killing a San Antonio woman on a Southeast Side walking trial has been ruled competent to stand trial.
Samuel Aquim Charon, 24, is charged with capital murder in the death of 63-year-old Stacey Dramiga, who was director of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation at Brooke Army Medical Center.
Dramiga set out for a walk on the Salado Creek Greenway near Comanche Park on the morning of Sept. 22, 2024. Her husband reported her missing when she did not return.
