A San Antonio man is wanted after officials say he abandoned three dogs in his care, leaving one to die from extreme emaciation and malnourishment. The Bexar County Constable’s Office, Precinct 2 identified the man as Sebastian Martinez Guajardo and is asking the public for information about his whereabouts.
According to WOAI, officials say Guajardo is wanted on a Class A misdemeanor charge of cruelty to nonlivestock animals in connection with the case. The station reports that officials say he abandoned three dogs, and that one of them ultimately died from extreme emaciation and malnourishment.
