SAN ANTONIO — A man is facing a felony charge after authorities said he secretly recorded a woman undressing inside his bedroom earlier this year.
Dylan James Apolinar, 24, was charged with invasive visual recording, a state jail felony, following an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department’s Human Exploitation Unit. An arrest warrant was signed for Apolinar on Sept. 28.
According to an arrest affidavit, the victim was at Apolinar’s residence on Feb. 20, changing clothes behind a locked bedroom door with Apolinar’s girlfriend before going out for the evening…
