SAN ANTONIO – KSAT was there the moment a man was rescued after nearly being swept away by floodwaters on the East Side.
First responders rescued the man around 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Interstate 35 and Seguin Road near Salado Creek, where the man’s truck became submerged in high water.
