A longtime San Antonio Tex-Mex restaurant, The Curve, has announced its permanent closure. After 51 years of service, the restaurant will shut its operations by the end of December 2026.

Well-known for its high-quality, traditional Tex-Mex comfort food and welcoming experience, The Curve Restaurant is operated by the Robles family. The restaurant was founded in 1975 and has operated on San Antonio’s Southside for more than five decades.
Menu options include breakfast dishes, Tex-Mex staples, and American classics such as pancakes, beef enchiladas, breakfast tacos, and bacon cheeseburgers.
Owner Misty Robles announced the closure with a social media post. The owner stated that The Curve, located at 4379 SE Military Drive in San Antonio, will close its doors in December 2026. “December 2026 will be our final month in business. Thank you for 51 incredible years.”…
