San Antonio, it looks like the wait for the city’s first SKIMS store is finally over.
According to a TikTok post from a local by the name of Sammi Arrieta, SKIMS is now open in the Shops at La Cantera as of Friday, October 9. This marks the city’s first SKIMS store, giving locals the opportunity to get their hands on Kim Kardashian’s popular shapewear and loungewear line, famous for its minimalist style and emphasis on countless neutral shades. It replaces Vineyard Vines, and shoppers can find it in the neighborhood of Tecovas and Alo Yoga.

A spokesperson for the Shops at La Cantera previously told MySA the store was pegged for a first week of October opening, so the timeline matches up. When MySA visited at the end of September, work was still happening inside, but hiring interviews seemed to be underway. Now, it looks like the store is officially open, though the highly nationally ranked mall has yet to make a public statement…
