From the Bronx to a career training marine mammals in San Antonio, it seems like Tatyana Tinsley has followed a path far removed from the glamorous runways of Victoria’s Secret.
But for the model, stepping onto one of fashion’s biggest stages was about more than her own ambitions.
Tinsley competed in the lingerie brand’s “Angels Among Us” docuseries, which followed aspiring models pursuing a spot in the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and a contract with IMG Models. Although she didn’t win the competition, Tinsley walked in the Oct. 18 show in Los Angeles, where Cameroonian model Solange Omon was named the newest Angel.
In a Tuesday Instagram post, Tinsley reflected on the experience and thanked those who supported her along the way: “This journey has taught me so much about my dedication, persistence, and ability to keep staying true to who I am,” she wrote…
