For more than four decades, Constance Andrews and Kenneth Lau built San Antonio restaurants and other businesses together. Now, months after Andrews’ death, a long-running fight over what they built remains unresolved.
Andrews opened the first Golden Wok in 1972 and four years later made Lau her business partner. They went on to operate other restaurants and businesses, while also sharing a home and a decades-long romantic relationship.
Andrews had said she and Lau were married, although they never actually wed. Lau has disputed that they were ever married…
