SAN ANTONIO — A Bexar County deputy fire marshal was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open container, the Bexar County Fire Marshal’s Office said.
Deputy Fire Marshal Brett Boswell was arrested during the overnight hours of Oct. 23 by San Antonio police. The charge is a Class B misdemeanor.
