For the next few years, Loop 410 near North Star Mall – and its many frustrating intersections – will be reworked to crate safety and traffic flow. While this paints a picture of a bright future, it also means traffic woes as construction crews shutter lanes and ramps. Now, TxDOT is shuttering a highway exit for nearly a year, marking the latest in a series of Loop 410 reroutes.
