SAN ANTONIO – On Tuesday Jan. 16, San Antonio police say they found the lifeless body of 48-year-old, Lisa Lopez Ortiz in a southside home. Police say they went to the home in the 5900 block of South Flores to do a welfare check on Ortiz, after someone told them Ortiz had been killed by her boyfriend, 46-year-old John Garcia.
