Police allege the man had originally broken in through the victim’s window after she didn’t answer his calls
A Texas man has been arrested after he allegedly choked a woman and bit off a part of her nose after he found out that she had started working at a gentlemen’s club.
Two weeks after David Morin Jr., 34, and his ex-girlfriend had separated, police said that he allegedly called and harassed her multiple times throughout the day.
After the victim did not answer his phone calls, Morin allegedly broke into her home at around 1 a.m. July 24, 2023, by smashing through a window, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE .
Once he was inside the house, police said that Morin found the victim’s “employment documents” regarding her seeking a job at a gentlemen’s club, as reported by WOAI-TV . The discovery sparked an altercation between Morin and the victim, where police said Morin allegedly choked her for several seconds before letting go.
The victim tried to escape, but as she was heading for the door, Morin allegedly grabbed her by the shoulders and bit her nose, tearing off a piece of it, according to the affidavit.
