SAN ANTONIO – Police are searching for the driver who fled from the scene after hitting and killing a man on the west side of town Tuesday night. San Antonio Police officers responded to the 7400 block of Highway 90 westbound around 8:38 p.m. for reports of a hit and run accident. Officials say several people who witnessed the crash called it in.
