SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police discovered the body of an unidentified woman under a west-side bridge Tuesday afternoon. Police responded to a call around 2 p.m. on North General McMullen near San Judas. Authorities did not say how long the body had been there or if she had any apparent injuries that could have been connected to her death.
