SAN ANTONIO – On Feb. 4, 2024, the San Antonio Police Department was dispatched after a passerby reported seeing a vehicle submerged in Leon Creek. Officers arrived and found a black vehicle completely submerged in the water. SAFD was able to pull one deceased male out of the vehicle, who has now been identified as Eliazar Flores, 23.
