SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Animal Care Services (SAACS) is hosting a free pet food distribution event for “National Random Acts of Kindness Day!” Feb. 17 is National Random Acts of Kindness Day, and SAACS is embracing the idea with free pet food distribution for San Antonio pet parents in need.
