SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – A man who was allegedly breaking into a vehicle at a Northwest Side apartment complex was shot by a resident who caught him in the act. San Antonio police say it happened at 2:20 a.m. Monday at The Reserve San Antonio apartments on Babcock Road.
