SAN ANTONIO- A follow-up on the Migrant Resource Center. Catholic Charities, the non-profit behind the center, is facing a financial crisis. Because of that, they may have to close operational services specifically at night. If the MRC is closed at night the big question is where will the migrants go. And, many officials are frustrated with the lack of planning to keep the doors open 24/7.
