SAN ANTONIO – People who drive on busy Kyle Seale Parkway near Cedar Creek Golf Course have been watching a retaining wall partially collapse, and watching with concern. They say the huge hole visible in the wall isn’t the first failure in the northwest-side area. Now they’re wondering what’s being done to address the danger before it worsens.
