Search underway for suspect in hit-and-run that injured off-duty deputy

SAN ANTONIO – Authorities are searching for Adrian Arellano, who is accused of striking an off-duty deputy conducting school traffic on Wednesday. According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, an off-duty deputy was working traffic control at St. Matthew’s Catholic School when he was struck by a vehicle. The car is suspected to be a silver Ford Escape driven by Adrian Arellano, 27.
