SAN ANTONIO – A woman is dead and two men are hospitalized following a shooting outside a Stone Oak home, according to the San Antonio Police Department. San Antonio police officers responded to a call after someone reported hearing shots fired after 5 p.m. Wednesday in the 17900 block of Winter Hill. The person also said they claimed to have seen a body in a front yard, SAPD said.
