A city panel gave the go-ahead to two projects near Pearl , which has sparked a wave of development in the surrounding Tobin Hill and Government Hill neighborhoods.
The Historic and Design Review Commission granted initial approval to Fulcrum Development and GrayStreet Partners’ plans for the first phase of Broadway East , a development that will offer a mix of restaurants, stores, housing, hotel rooms and parking that’s slated to rise on about 15 acres across Broadway from Pearl.
