SAN ANTONIO – Students at Poe Middle School have completed their cow sculpture for this year’s Cow Parade.
The sculpture, named ‘Teodora,’ is adorned with indigenous-inspired designs based on Mayan art and Mexico’s Day of the Dead holiday.
