SAN ANTONIO — Saturday afternoon the family of Matthew Guerra gathered at his gravesite to voice frustration at Bexar County District Attorney Joe Gonzales.
Gonzales’ office has yet to announce if his office will seek the death penalty for the man accused in Matthew Guerra’s murder.
