SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police arrested a man they say is responsible for killing three people and injuring another in a hit and run car crash that happened last year on the southside.
Pablo Tagle, Junior, 46, was arrested on Sunday and faces four charges for collision involving death and serious injury.
