SAN ANTONIO – A man died at the hospital after being hit by a vehicle along a Northeast Side roadway.
The deadly accident happened just before 11:30 a.m. Wednesday along O’Connor Road near Lookout Road.
When officers arrived, they immediately began life-saving procedures until a medical unit arrived. The man was rushed to the hospital where he later died from his injuries…
