A Victorian home for sale in the Tobin Hill neighborhood has undergone a $15,000 price cut since it was first listed last October.
Dubbed the “F.M. Hagner House” on a historic plaque out front, the two-story residence is now listed at $848,000, down from an $863,000 asking price when the Current wrote about it in the fall.
