SAN ANTONIO – A suspect has been identified in what investigators have confirmed to be a murder-suicide.
On Tuesday, the Medical Examiner’s Office identified the suspect as 33-year-old David Castro Rodriguez, who died as a result of sharp-force injuries in what has been deemed a suicide.
