The family accused of various roles in the killing and alleged coverup of Savanah Soto and Matthew Guerra, two young parents to be, are now facing a civil suit form the parents of the deceased. Amongst the accusations hurled against him, 19-year-old Christopher Preciado maintains he’s innocent, at least in the civil suit.
On March 27, Gabriel Guerra, father of Matthew Guerra, and Gloria Cordova, mother of Soto, sued Preciado and his parents for their children’s deaths. Preciado, his father Ramon Preciado and stepmother Myrta Romanos all received summons. The younger Preciado appears to be the only person to respond, filling a letter with the Bexar County District Clerk’s Office on April 23 asserting his innocence.
As of Friday, April 25, Preciado’s letter had not been scanned and uploaded to Bexar County records. Thus, MySA could not yet obtain a copy…
