One call apparently didn’t do it all to settle this spat.
Las Vegas lawyer Glen Lerner has a beef with San Antonio personal-injury attorney Jeff Davis using the advertising slogan “One call solves all” and “Una llamada soluciona todo” (Spanish for “One call solves everything”) to promote his law firm.
Lerner says the phrases are too similar to ones he uses, so he’s filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Davis and other parties in federal court in San Antonio. He’s seeking more than $10 million in damages…
