Ashley Pardo’s former employer Cream speaks out after social media backlash

San Antonio goth nightclub Cream has released a statement after facing backlash for employing Ashley Pardo, 33, who was arrested and charged Monday with aiding in the commission of terrorism.

Pardo is accused of helping her son purchase ammunition and gear to carry out a school shooting at Rhodes Middle School in the San Antonio Independent School District. According to an affidavit supporting Pardo’s arrest, her son’s grandmother discovered a loaded rifle and pistol magazines in the home where the boy lived.

The grandmother also found a homemade explosive device, which was covered in white supremacist slogans like “14 words” and multiple “SS” symbols. The explosive device also had the words “for Brenton Tarrant” written on it, a reference to the Christchurch mosque shootings, which the boy researched on a school computer in April, the affidavit said…
