SAN ANTONIO – A tense standoff on the West Side ended peacefully late Tuesday after police used teargas to flush out a barricaded man.
It all started around 11 p.m. at a home on Les Harrison Drive near Culebra Road, where officers tried to arrest a man wanted on a warrant.
