A new Quick Quack Car Wash could be coming soon to San Antonio’s west side. A recent TDLR filing lists plans for a 3,596-square-foot facility at 9160 Grissom Road. The estimated $1.6 million project is scheduled to start in January 2026 and finish by September of the same year.
The site has gone through several lives. Most recently it was home to a Kentucky Fried Chicken, and before that, a combination KFC–Taco Bell. Images from as far back as 2008 show the dual-branded fast food setup, which had been a fixture at this busy stretch near Culebra Road for over a decade.
