SAN ANTONIO – Animal Care Services is investigating after a dead dog was found stuffed inside a suitcase in an East Side neighborhood.
The suitcase was discovered near the intersection of Nolan Street and St. John’s in the Dignowity Hill area, just off the sidewalk.
