SAN ANTONIO – An apartment building is in shambles after a fire ripped through a dozen apartments yesterday neighbors say the building was taken down in only about three hours to prevent the building from doing damage to property or people.
“I did see a family yesterday as they were tearing it down,” said Leon Madkins III.
