Animal Care Services is investigating a “disturbing case” of a small dog found dead inside a small suitcase in an East Side neighborhood.
The dog — a small Terrier mix — was discovered near the intersection of Nolan and St. John in the Dignowity Hill neighborhood, an ACS spokesperson said.
According to a San Antonio Police Department incident report obtained by the San Antonio Express-News, an officer responded to the 1500 block of Nolan Street on June 15 after receiving a report about a “suspicious smelling bag.”…
