Arkansas State Police have arrested Richard Volz, 57, of Callaway, Florida, in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred in October 2023 near Glen Rose, Arkansas.
The accident, which involved two tractor-trailers on Interstate 30, resulted in the death of 23-year-old Anthony Valdez of San Antonio, Texas.
