SAN ANTONIO – A local charter school network is helping make sure students across the area get the year started right.
From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, IDEA San Antonio hosted a free community school backpack giveaway for any students in the community at the IDEA Mays Academy and College Preparatory campus.
The first 500 school aged children at the event received backpacks fille with school supplies, and families were able to take advantage of different local vendor booths…
