A new H-E-B store will open its doors Aug. 6 on the Northwest Side, bringing barbecue and home delivery services to the area around the University of Texas at San Antonio’s main campus.
The 111,000-square-foot store, which H-E-B is calling its College Park location, will include a True Texas BBQ restaurant. In addition to home delivery, it’ll offer curbside pickup. Hours will be 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily at the site located at 7330 N. Loop 1604 near Babcock Road.
Customers who would like to place online orders for pickup or delivery can begin doing so two days before the store even opens, according to a news release from the San Antonio-based grocer. Orders can be scheduled for opening day or up to seven days in advance…
