SAN ANTONIO – Burning bags of potato chips sparked a two-alarm fire at a food recycling warehouse on early Monday morning on the West Side.
The fire started just before 2:30 a.m. at a warehouse off Monterey Street near Buena Vista Street.
Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke billowing from the building. The large size and layout of the warehouse made it difficult for crews to immediately locate the source of the fire, prompting a second alarm to be called for additional support…
