SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police fired at a man during a pursuit on the South Side before taking him into custody on charges of assault and evading arrest, officers reported.
Police were dispatched at 10 a.m. Sunday to the 8900 Block Heather Court for a report of a 38-year-old man, later identified as Daniel Vallejo, threatening people with a knife, according to a preliminary report.
