13-year-old accused of plotting school mass shooting to remain in custody, judge rules

SAN ANTONIO – A judge has ordered that a teen accused of plotting a mass shooting at a local middle school will remain behind bars.

On Thursday, a Bexar County judge ruled that the 13-year-old accused of plotting an attack on Rhodes Middle School will stay behind bars and continue to receive mental health counseling and other services.
