High-speed, head-on collision kills drivers; passengers seriously injured, say San Antonio police

A high-speed collision on the Southeast Side killed two people and sent two others to the hospital with major injuries, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

About 4:30 p.m. Sunday, a 2015 black Ford Mustang was barreling down the 12000 block of Fischer Road when the driver lost control and slammed head-on into a 2020 silver Ford Fusion, an SAPD preliminary report states.
