SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner has identified the 6-year-old boy killed Tuesday evening when his toy scooter accidentally rolled into oncoming traffic.
The official report says Axel Hernandez died on his sixth birthday from blunt force trauma to the head after being hit by a pickup truck.
