BEXAR COUNTY, Texas—A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly shooting at another driver’s car during a road rage incident.
On August 29, Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a road rage incident where a victim’s car had been shot. The victim told police that a suspect vehicle had cut her off, nearly causing a crash. After she attempted to get the other driver’s attention, he pulled alongside her and fired five shots, two of which struck her vehicle. The victim was not injured.
Surveillance video led investigators to a residence on Spring Sun Drive. On September 2, the BCSO SWAT team executed an arrest warrant and took 19-year-old Elijah Isaac Garza into custody without incident…
