SAN ANTONIO – For the second time this week, a suspect has tried to lure a teenage girl while she was walking near Clemens High School.
Around 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday, a 16-year-old girl was walking to Clemens High School near the corner of Westchester Drive and Williamsburg Drive.
