More flooding is expected Sunday after floods killed two people earlier this week, and local organizations are working to prepare San Antonio’s homeless.
The National Weather Service placed San Antonio at a Level 1 out of 4 risk for excessive rainfall and flash flooding. Areas west of San Antonio are on a Level 2 risk.
