SAN ANTONIO — A man was taken to the hospital after he was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds following an alleged argument in a 7-Eleven parking lot on the Northeast Side.
This shooting happened early Sunday morning at just after midnight, at the 7 Eleven located at the 6100 Block of IH 35 N.
