Medical examiner identifies 16-year-old as victim shot in possible ‘feud’ before crashing stolen car

A 16-year-old boy has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday shooting who was discovered after he crashed a stolen car in a Converse neighborhood.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner identified the victim Wednesday as 16-year-old Arthur Curtis Thomas Jr. He died of a gunshot wound, and his death was ruled a homicide, the medical examiner said.

A homeowner heard a crash around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 8100 block of Steep Valley and found Thomas inside his vehicle, suffering from at least two gunshot wounds…
