SAN ANTONIO – More than two months after a man was fatally shot during a carjacking at a Northeast Side apartment complex, San Antonio Police are asking for your help to bring those responsible to justice.
The deadly shooting happened shortly after 4 a.m. on July 5 when police were called to the parking lot of the Oakstone Apartments off Northeast Loop 410 and Perrin Beitel.
Once there, officers found Israel Uriegas, 38, was found unresponsive in his vehicle with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene…
